The 45’ workshops are organised at the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne in Beaune. There are open to anyone aged 18 and over, with no prior knowledge of the world of wine or Burgundy wines.
45 minutes to discover different combinations between Burgundy wines and regional dishes. From the nature of the dish to its detailed analysis, seek culinary harmony by defining the main principles of food and wine pairing.
This workshop is illustrated by a commented tasting of 5 Burgundy wines accompanied with 5 mouthfuls of emblematic regional products.
The diversity of Burgundy wines allows infinite pairings with all the cuisines of the world !
